Welcome to Calgary Furniture Direct. Please read our Buyer’s Guide and Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

CURRENCY: All prices are in Canadian currency.

ORDERING: Make your purchase with confidence on this website by placing items in the shopping cart and following the instructions.  If you prefer, you can place your order by phone at Calgary Furniture Exchange during business hours at 403-251-4493.  We're open 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays).

TAXES: GST of 5% will be added to the total purchase amount at check-out.

SHIPPING AND ASSEMBLY:  Delivery and Assembly (where applicable) is not included.  Merchandise is received at our store at 6745 Fairmount Dr SE, Calgary.  We will contact you once it has arrived.  Merchandise can be picked up, or if you require Delivery and /or Assembly, we will be happy to arrange that with our local service providers (fees apply).

PAYMENT TERMS: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.  For online purchases and phone orders, we accept Visa or MasterCard. For in-store purchases, we accept cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard, and also provide in-store financing.

IN-STORE FINANCING: In-store financing is provided through Flexiti Financial (  To apply for financing, please visit us during business hours at 6745 Fairmount Dr SE.  The online application is easy to complete and usually responds in 3 minutes for instant shopping (OAC - on approved credit).

ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING:  After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact the store at (403) 251-4493 or by email.

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER: There is a short time that orders processed by us to the manufacturer / supplier for fulfillment can be changed.  Requests for order modifications or order cancellations can be made by contacting our store during business hours at 403-251-4493.   We cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations. Once the manufacturer / supplier has received the order, it’s at their discretion whether or not it can be cancelled.  Generally, if the merchandise has been released to the shipping department, it cannot be cancelled.  Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to a $25 administration fee, plus credit card processing fees of 5% of the refunded amount.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS: Otherwise as noted herein, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be given.

LIMITED WARRANTIES:  Products purchased through this website are backed by the manufacturer's warranties. Ask us for details.
