Return Policy

MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:  There is a short time that orders processed by us to the manufacturer / supplier for fulfillment can be changed.  Requests for order modifications or order cancellations can be made by contacting our store during business hours at 403-251-4493.   We cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations. Once the manufacturer / supplier has received the order, it’s at their discretion whether or not it can be cancelled.  Generally, if the merchandise has been released to the shipping department, it cannot be cancelled.  Refunds for cancelled orders are subject to a $25 administration fee, plus credit card processing fees of 5% of the refunded amount.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS: Otherwise as noted herein, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds.

INSPECTING YOUR MERCHANDISE: It is important to fully inspect your merchandise at the time of pick up or delivery for damage, defect, correct product and piece counts. Please do not sign the pick up / delivery document until you are fully satisfied with your merchandise.

We recommend the following steps to inspect your merchandise for damage prior to accepting the items:

  • Ensure your merchandise matches the brand, model number and product that was ordered.
  • Inspect the exterior package for any signs of damage.
  • Remove all packaging and inspect your merchandise for damages.

We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues, to order replacement part(s) or products as appropriate on a timely basis.
